Buying an AI tool is simple, changing the mindset is not

Introduce AI without changing the mindset?That is like buying SAP and carrying on in Excel.

Technically we are already further.Culturally often not.

For a lot of dull work, AI is good enough today.Case handling. Standard letters. Reports.Build it cleanly and AI delivers reliably and steadily.

But AI is not a tool you "install" at some point and then you are done.

That does not come out of a training course with a certificate.It comes out of daily work.

The goal is this shift:

From:"I am an employee and I get tool X from my employer."

To:"Together with my colleagues I create our AI systems,so that we make better decisions and deliver better work."

That is exactly why "waiting until AI is more mature" is often an excuse.

The technology is fast.The mindset is slow.
