People felt the change in their day, not in a slide.Trust went up.Curiosity went up.
That small win became a confidence engine:
- teams saw AI as help, not threat
- leaders saw real numbers, not projections
- IT learned where data, process, and reality did not match
After that, the second project was easier.People wanted in.They had ideas.They had evidence.
Grand AI strategies without one concrete win create quiet cynicism.One clear, boring victory does more for culture and credibility than a roadmap with 20 streams.

- pick one narrow process with clear rules and clear owners
- co-design with the people who do the work every day
