Finding the first use case in 60 minutes without saying AI
In 60 minutes you and your team find the first serious use case.Without saying the word AI once.
That is how my quick win process workshops run with department headsand their teams in mid-sized companies.
No tool talk.No model comparison.Just your daily work and your processes.
We always start the same way:
- Everyone writes down the most annoying routines
- Things that eat time every day
- Tasks nobody likes doing
- Workflows where a lot of errors happen
Then we make a rough estimate:
- How much time does this eat per week?
- How often does something go wrong?
- What does one error cost in this process?
Then comes an important step that many teams skip:
We look for simple fixes without AI first.Often a clear workflow, a small rule or a different responsibility is enough. If something can be solved that way, perfect.
That leaves 3–5 routines with more potential in them.
From those we pick the best 1–2 processes:
- Simple enough for a first pilot
- Valuable enough that it pays off quickly
For these 1–2 processes we define:
- Who owns it in the department
- What should have noticeably improved after 4–6 weeks
- How we measure success (time, errors, quality, satisfaction)
Done. That is the first serious use case.Without having named a single tool.
If you want to get to your first productive use case in 60 minutes this way, I invite you to run this workshop together with me.
